We're looking for experienced Phone Sales Agents who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and have a proven track record in solar campaign telesales. If you're results-driven, confident on the phone, and passionate about exceeding targets, we'd love to hear from you.

Non-Negotiable Requirement

Previous experience in a Solar Energy Campaign (Residential and/or Commercial).

Candidates must have handled outbound phone sales, telesales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales within the solar industry. Applications without prior solar campaign experience will not be considered.

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Qualify leads and identify customer energy needs.
• Present SolarUp's products through consultative selling.
• Handle objections and confidently close sales.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales KPIs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Strong objection-handling and closing ability.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly driven.
• Comfortable working onsite in Ortigas CBD on a permanent day shift.
• Available to start ASAP.
