SCOPE OF WORK
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding insurance products and other services.
- • Explain policy features, coverage, benefits, and pricing to help customers choose the most suitable insurance plan.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Accurately update customer information, sales activities, and call outcomes in the system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up.
QUALIFICATIONS
- With at least 6 months to 2 years' experience
- College-level or undergraduate is acceptable
- • Experience in outbound telesales, preferably in the insurance, banking, or financial services industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or sales systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays, as required.
- Good communication skills.
