Guest Relation Officer

Job Descriptions :

• Welcoming guests and answer their inquiries to ensure a professional and positive experience.

• Liaise with internal teams to organize visits and corporate events

• Uphold corporate image through professional service and presentation

• Maintain reception area, manage visitor sign-in, and handle incoming calls

• Offer assistance with certain tasks (e.g. meeting room booking, order lunch for meetings)

• Coordination with other departments needed

Requirements and skills :

• Fresh graduates from Hospitality Management is preferred

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

• A customer-oriented and professional attitude

• An outgoing personality

• Outstanding communication abilities
