- Provide excellent customer service and support through effective communication.

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align strategies and improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sales training experience, analytical skills
- Qualities and Traits: Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with a focus on sales targets
