Job description:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Anesthesia Telesales Representative to manage and support our B2B accounts in the pharmaceutical industry. This role focuses on engaging professional doctors through outbound calls to promote anesthesia-related products, provide accurate information, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is proactive, persuasive, and delivers excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to professional doctors to introduce, promote, and sell anesthesia pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure trust, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
- Present product features, benefits, and usage information clearly, adhering to company and industry standards.
- Address customer inquiries, provide accurate product information, and resolve concerns promptly.
- Meet and exceed telesales targets, quotas, and KPIs set by the company.
- Maintain an updated customer database and ensure accuracy in call logs and records.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and newly released anesthesia products to improve sales conversations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills, with the ability to engage professionally with doctors.
- Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales over the phone.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail in managing client records.
- Tech-savvy, proficient in CRM systems, MS Office applications, and virtual communication tools.
