A Helper provides support to ensure smooth daily operations by assisting with routine tasks, maintaining work areas, handling materials, and supporting team members as needed.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist supervisors and team members with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials or equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
- Help prepare tools, supplies, or documents required for operations.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform basic administrative or operational duties as assigned.
- Support customers or clients when required.
- Report issues, shortages, or equipment problems to supervisors.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina for lifting, standing, or moving items (if applicable).
- Willingness to learn and take on various tasks.
