We are hiring friendly, professional Customer Service Representatives to join our team. You'll be the voice of our company, helping customers with questions, product info, and any issues that come up.
What you'll do:
Answer calls with a friendly, professional tone
Explain our products in a clear and simple way
Resolve customer concerns quickly and with care
Assist with account or plan changes
Keep accurate records of every call
Qualifications
At least 6 months call center experience
SH/SHS Grad
Willing to work on site
Basic computer literacy
Good communication skills
