Qualifications:
- Senior High school graduate
- Excellent English communication skills
- Customer service or BPO experience is an advantage but not required
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite (or hybrid/work-from-home, if applicable)
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel reservations
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and travel-related inquiries
- Provide accurate information on travel policies, schedules, and services
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and performance standards
