One of Bali’s premium villa management and rental companies is looking for a Sales & Partnerships Manager to join their team immediately.
The ideal candidate is a commercially driven relationship builder who thrives on turning connections into measurable revenue. You are proactive, independent, and confident in navigating both strategic partnerships and hands-on sales execution. You bring a strong understanding of the hospitality and travel ecosystem, with the ability to identify opportunities across guest segments, markets, and seasons. You are equally comfortable building B2B partnerships, driving direct bookings, and optimizing guest experience for upselling opportunities.
Requirement :
- Open for local candidates.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of travel agencies, concierge networks, and partnership ecosystems.
- Proven ability to drive revenue through partnerships and direct sales initiatives.
- Commercial mindset with strong focus on KPIs, conversion, and ROI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Outgoing, confident personality with strong networking ability.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.
- Experience in guest experience, upselling, or customer journey optimization is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities :
- Build and manage B2B partnerships with travel agents, concierge services, and lifestyle brands.
- Expand partner network across Indonesia, Asia, Australia, and selected global markets.
- Identify and attend relevant trade shows, networking events, and industry opportunities.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners.
- Drive direct bookings through targeted initiatives and campaigns.
- Identify key booking periods, guest segments, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that convert into revenue.
- Continuously optimize sales strategies based on performance data.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies (seasonal offers, special occasions, packages).
- Identify opportunities to increase in-stay revenue through upselling experiences and services.
- Improve guest communication flows to support conversion and additional spend.
- Coordinate closely with the owner representative on pricing, positioning, and promotions.
- Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and ownership expectations.
- Support communication and execution of sales initiatives.
- Manage and guide the Customer Experience Coordinator.
- Establish clear processes for guest communication, bookings, and upselling.
- Monitor performance and ensure execution aligns with overall sales strategy.
- Track and analyze sales performance across channels and partnerships.
- Monitor ROI of campaigns and partnership initiatives.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
