Position : Event Promotor Jawa Timur (Surabaya)

Work Location : Surabaya, East Java

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Brand Activation, Event Management, Trade Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience in the FMCG or Beauty industry is preferred.

• Strong understanding of event planning, execution, and on-ground brand activation.

• Experienced in coordinating with event organizers (EO), promoters, vendors, and third-party partners.

• Strong networking skills with event organizers and local communities in East Java.

• Familiar with event budgeting, logistics, and activation reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

• Able to drive a car and possess a valid SIM A.

Job Requirements:

• Execute Brand Activation Activities: Plan and execute brand activation programs, promotional events, and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and consumer engagement.

• Coordinate Event Execution: Work closely with event organizers, promoters, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure smooth event operations.

• Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with local event organizers, communities, and business partners to support activation initiatives.

• Monitor Activation Performance: Monitor event execution, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and prepare activity reports with actionable insights.

• Support Brand Growth: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful brand activation programs aligned with business objectives.
