Job Description


The HR Recruitment Associate is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment and onboarding process. The role also provides HR administrative support by maintaining employee records, coordinating documentation, and assisting in various HR initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, and experienced in handling end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for back-office, site, and sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, reference checking, job offer discussion, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
  • Source qualified candidates through various recruitment channels, job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants' qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely recruitment updates.
  • Discuss job offers with qualified applicants, facilitate contract signing, collect pre-employment requirements, and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Introduce and orient newly hired employees to the back office and company policies.
  • Coordinate the enrollment of newly hired employees to BDO.
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files, HRIS, plantilla, and other employee records.
  • Monitor employment status changes and maintain accurate employee information.
  • Provide Certificates of Employment (COE) and Certificate of Accreditation Application Forms upon employee request.
  • Monitor probationary employees and prepare evaluations and regularization requirements in coordination with the HR Admin Assistant (e.g., KPI monitoring and Regularization Letters).
  • Prepare HR documents such as Memorandums, Notices to Explain (NTEs), and Notices of Decision (NODs) in coordination with the HR Compensation and Benefits team.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including document filing, record management, coordination with internal departments, and maintaining confidentiality of employee records.
  • Maintain and update bulletin boards for birthdays, company announcements, memorandums, and other HR communications.
  • Assist in organizing company activities, employee engagement programs, training sessions, and other HR-related events.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably handling end-to-end recruitment.
  • End-to-end recruitment experience is required.
  • Experience hiring licensed professionals such as engineers, architects, accountants, or other licensed roles is highly preferred.
  • Background in the real estate or construction industry is a strong advantage.
  • Experience recruiting for multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS or other HR systems is an advantage.
  • Capable of handling HR administrative functions, including document filing, employee record management, and cross-department coordination.
  • Knowledge of basic Philippine labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
