Sales Representative is responsible for handling inbound and/or outbound calls to promote products or services, generate sales, and provide excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to identify customer needs, and meeting individual and team sales targets while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Promote and sell company products or services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Build rapport with customers and address inquiries effectively.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Process orders, upgrades, renewals, or account changes.
Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and campaigns.
Participate in coaching sessions, training, and team meetings.
