In this role, you'll assist customers with their inquiries, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive customer experience through professional and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through voice support.
- Assist customers with billing concerns, account management, plan upgrades, and general service-related questions.
- Troubleshoot basic mobile, internet, and telecommunications concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet individual and team performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School graduate.
- At least 1 month of BPO Experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work onsite.
