Position: Digital Marketing Officer
Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager
Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support sales objectives. The role involves managing the company's digital platforms, creating engaging content, optimizing online campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance to improve customer engagement and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Create strategies to increase brand visibility and online presence.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
2. Social Media Management
- Manage the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create and schedule engaging content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Respond to online inquiries and customer messages in coordination with the Sales Team.
- Monitor engagement, followers, and campaign performance.
3. Website Management
- Update and maintain the company website with relevant content and announcements.
- Ensure website information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Coordinate with website developers when necessary.
4. Content Creation
- Produce creative marketing materials, including:
- Social media graphics
- Promotional videos
- Company presentations
- Email marketing content
- Blog articles
- Product brochures
- Ensure all content follows the company's branding guidelines.
5. Digital Advertising
- Plan, launch, and monitor paid advertising campaigns through:
- Google Ads
- Facebook Ads
- LinkedIn Ads
- Optimize advertisements to maximize return on investment (ROI).
6. Lead Generation
- Generate qualified sales leads through digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding inquiries and lead follow-ups.
- Maintain and improve online lead generation strategies.
7. SEO and Analytics
- Monitor website traffic using Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
- Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve website rankings.
- Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports.
8. Branding
- Maintain consistent company branding across all digital platforms.
- Ensure all promotional materials align with the company's corporate identity.
9. Other Duties
- Assist during company events, product launches, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
- Perform other tasks assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or a related role.
- Fresh graduates with a strong digital marketing portfolio may also be considered.

- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

- Graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar).

- Copywriting.
- Basic website management (WordPress is an advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Google Digital Marketing Certification.
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, elevator, or B2B industry is an advantage.
