Qualifications
- At least College Level
- With experience in selling processed meat products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets
- Willing to do fieldwork and visit clients regularly
- Can work independently and with minimal supervision
- Must be honest, reliable, and customer-focused
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company's processed meat products to existing and potential customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and monitor customer orders
- Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products
- Gather market feedback and monitor competitor activities
