Description
- Lead and manage audit projects from planning to execution.
- Review audit findings and prepare reports with recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address audit issues.
- Mentor and train junior auditors to enhance their skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in auditing or related fields
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Working Conditions: Willingness to travel as necessary for client engagements
