Onsite (Makati or Iloilo Office)
We're looking for candidates with experience in any of the following:
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, Product Administration, Buying, Inventory Management, or Category Support
- Experience handling purchase orders, supplier coordination, product documentation, or inventory administration
- Strong background in pricing, cost analysis, SKU management, or large data sets using Advanced Excel
- Experience coordinating with suppliers, managing product information, and supporting operational processes
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

You'll play a key role in managing product information, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting product launches across our growing e-commerce business.
This role is well suited for professionals with experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, purchasing, or product administration who enjoy working with data, suppliers, and operational processes. You'll use Advanced Excel to manage product information, pricing, and SKUs while ensuring accuracy across multiple systems.
If you're detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams, this role offers an opportunity to apply your operational expertise in an expanding e-commerce setting.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
- Manage product data and support new product launches
- Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and specifications
- Perform bulk uploads, data validation, and product audits
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, orders, lead times, and product updates
- Process purchase orders and maintain supporting documentation
- Track samples, production schedules, and supplier timelines
- Generate reports and analyze pricing, inventory, and product data using Advanced Excel
- Support inventory monitoring and competitor research
- Resolve product, pricing, or delivery-related issues
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product operations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Product Administration, Buying, or Category Support
- Experience handling supplier coordination, purchase orders, product information, or inventory-related processes
- Strong understanding of pricing, costs, margins, and data analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Experience working with large datasets, SKUs, and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., MYOB) is an advantage
- Comfortable working with international suppliers
