Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused French Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to join a thriving team in Sofia, Bulgaria, within the Travel industry. This role involves assisting French-speaking customers with vehicle rental inquiries, bookings, and cancellations via phone, email, and live chat channels.
What You Will Do
Process reservations efficiently, handle customer complaints, upsell and cross-sell additional travel services, and maintain thorough records of customer interactions.

Requirements
- Native or fluent French language skills (spoken and written)
- Valid EU passport
- Good working knowledge of English
- Previous experience in customer service, travel industry support, or a rent-a-car / vehicle rental environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
