Job Description :
Drive GMV and sales targets through strategic account management, promotion planning, and commercial negotiations across top eCommerce marketplaces.
Oversee Product Information Management (PIM) and Content Management Systems (CMS) to ensure optimized product listings, accurate pricing, and high-converting storefront layouts.
Monitor the Order Management System (OMS) to ensure seamless order processing, stock accuracy, minimized cancellations, and excellent fulfillment SLAs.
Maximize platform ROI by managing paid search/ ads, affiliate marketing, and onsite monetization tools to drive high-intent traffic and conversions.
Supervise eCommerce customer service performance to maintain high response rates, excellent ratings, and customer loyalty.
