KOL Specialist

We regularly collaborate with international IPs ranging from designers to gigantic anime like Demon Slayer and Persona 5 and still rapidly growing. We are looking for a KOL Specialist to maintain and nurture existing and new KOLs and influencers that would be a great fit for Press Play. You get to initiate and communicate with personalities of the tech, gaming, and anime industry and decide the direction our campaigns go.

Job Requirement (MUST HAVE):

•⁠  ⁠Strong understanding of gaming, PC hardware, and creator culture.

•⁠  ⁠Relevant experience in KOL management or relevant field.

•⁠  Shows initiative and independent sound decision making when contacting, engaging, and negotiating with KOLs and key accounts.

•⁠  ⁠Outgoing, charismatic personality to engage in meaningful relationships with KOLs.

•⁠  ⁠Disciplined with deadlines and attendance.

Job Description:

•⁠ Maintain relationships with existing KOLs, affiliates, and other key accounts.

•⁠ Identify, approach, and nurture up-and-coming KOLs and affiliates from within the industry and relevant industries. 

•⁠ Produce detailed reports on KOL and affiliate performance  

•⁠ Planning and executing campaigns with influencers while maintaining scheduled deadlines.

•⁠ Coordinate product shipments and ensure timely content publish dates and campaigns.
