About the Role

Performance Motors Indonesia (BMW & MINI Authorized Dealer) is looking for a Finance & Accounting Intern to support our Finance & Accounting team during a maternity leave coverage period.

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in finance administration, accounting processes, documentation management, and daily business operations within a premium automotive company.

Responsibilities

• Support daily Finance & Accounting administrative activities.

• Assist with document checking, filing, and data recapitulation.

• Organize invoices, supporting documents, and payment vouchers.

• Support petty cash administration and financial documentation.

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and reports.

• Support the Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day operational activities.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

• Final-year student or Fresh Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.

• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial administration.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced working environment.

• Available for a 6-month internship period.

Internship Details

Duration: 6 Months

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday: 09.00 – 17.00 WIB

Saturday: 09.00 – 15.00 WIB

Placement:

Medan, North Sumatra
