Marketing Executive

What You'll Do:

• Create and manage engaging digital content for campaigns, social media, and promotional materials while strengthening the company’s visibility through strategic storytelling and targeted marketing initiatives.

• Represent the company through short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and help bring the brand voice to life across digital platforms.

• Stay updated on fintech developments, industry trends, and audience insights to produce relevant, engaging, and relatable content.

• Conduct outreach to universities, institutions, communities, and potential partners through phone, email, and other communication channels while building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-up discussions with prospective partners, maintain accurate outreach records, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful partnership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, partnership development, telemarketing, sales operations, or a related role; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio and relevant experience are welcome to apply.

• Comfortable appearing on camera, with experience as a content creator, host, or brand talent considered a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and effective communication techniques, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented, with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules, and an interest in fintech, technology, or digital business trends.
