About the role
We are seeking passionate and experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team at Yeobi hansik' in the seminyak area of Bali. As a full-time waiter/waitress, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable dining experience for our guests. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
What you'll be doing
Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Providing recommendations on menu items and specials
Serving food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
Ensuring tables are clean, well-stocked and ready for the next guests
Handling cash and processing payments
Responding to customer queries and resolving any issues promptly
Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene standards
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or cafe environment
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
