This role is responsible for overseeing and executing end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on industrial relations, employee administration, HR policy development, training, and legal compliance. The HR Senior will work closely with management and field teams to ensure effective HR practices that support business and operational needs.
This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for individuals who thrive in a flat organizational structure and are comfortable working in field-based environments
Key Responsibilities
Handle industrial relations matters, including drafting and managing employment agreements (PKWT/PKWTT), company regulations, and disciplinary or dispute resolution processes
Handle recruitment process (if needed)
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and internal guidelines aligned with operational and legal requirements
Supervise and manage employee administration, including:
Attendance and leave management
Employment contracts and documentation
BPJS and insurance administration
Performance appraisal and people development processes
Oversee employee onboarding, basic training, and skills development programs
Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies
Provide strategic HR insights and improvements aligned with field operations and business objectives
Act as a key communication bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with strong exposure to industrial relations and HR operations
At least 2 years of experience in a HR leadership role is preferred
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, employee relations, and BPJS regulations
Comfortable working in a flat organizational structure with minimal hierarchy
Candidates from outside the local area (“anak rantau”) who are independent and adaptable are preferred
Demonstrates a humble, open-minded, collaborative, and proactive mindset
Proficient in administrative and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Google Drive, Slack, etc.)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
