KALBIS University is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our Academic Operations team.


Position Overview

The Academic Operations Staff plays a key role in supporting academic administration and ensuring the smooth execution of academic processes across faculties and departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the implementation and monitoring of academic operations and administrative processes.
  2. Manage academic records, documentation, and reporting activities.
  3. Coordinate academic schedules, examinations, and related academic activities.
  4. Assist in the preparation and submission of reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Ensure compliance with academic regulations, policies, and accreditation requirements.
  6. Collaborate with faculty members, academic departments, and supporting units to ensure smooth academic operations.
  7. Maintain and update academic databases and information systems.
  8. Provide administrative support for academic meetings, events, and institutional initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Education, Management, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in academic administration, education services, or a related role (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with higher education administration and academic information systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
