What You’ll Do
- Client Care: Manage inbound/outbound calls, chats, or emails to guide customers through account setups, questions, and troubleshooting.
- Problem Solving: Actively listen to customer concerns, pinpoint the core issue, and deliver quick, effective solutions.
- Records Keeping: Log all client interactions and account updates neatly into our CRM database.
