Job Description
PT. Mindi Media Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Front End Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly web applications, and collaborating closely with designers and backend developers.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and scalable code
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front End Developer
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar
• Experience with REST API integration
• Familiar with Git version control
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks
• Familiar with Vite, Webpack, or modern build tools
• Experience working with Laravel or Node.js backend
• Understanding of web performance optimization
