Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic plans.
Lead all business functions, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Human Resources.
Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion initiatives.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, suppliers, shareholders, and government authorities.
Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities.
Ensure effective corporate governance and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Review and evaluate organizational performance and operational efficiency.
Lead risk management and business continuity initiatives.
Report business performance and strategic developments to shareholders and the Board of Commissioners.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the electronics industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior executive or director-level position.
Strong business acumen and strategic leadership capabilities.
Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Korean.
