JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Do all secretarial things for Director.
Assist the Head of Corporate Secretary.
Arranging official/overseas trips, travel plans, appointments, hotels and details for the implementation of the relevant Director's trip.
Prepare/compile/respond to correspondence/reports from the related Directors to other parties.
Carry out archiving activities for incoming/outgoing letters or other business documents according to certain standard requirements.
Organizing and coordinating meetings of the Board of Directors and/or Board of Commissioners and/or Committees and/or Directors related to employees/work units including acting as the Meeting Minutes.
Arrange meeting time agreements, receive and manage guests who will meet with the relevant Director.
Communicating the instructions/messages of the relevant Director to employees/work units.
Assist the Head of the Corporate Secretary Division and the relevant Director in carrying out the duties and responsibilities assigned to him, other than those described above.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum education: Bachelor Degree from any major.
Have experiences minimum 2 years as Secretary
Have secretarial knowledge including computer operation, typing, filing, etc.
Have knowledge of the duties of other departments in general.
Have adequate interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent command of English (oral and written)
Agile, friendly and have a positive way of thinking.
