What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide updates on deliveries, orders, and customer concerns through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Monitor and manage customer cases from start to resolution while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Deliver timely support and ensure every interaction reflects a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, along with candidates who have up to five years of customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, with confidence in handling customer conversations over the phone and via email.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to build positive relationships.
• Organized, self-motivated, and capable of balancing multiple responsibilities while working both independently and as part of a team.
• Quick to learn, adaptable to change, and willing to take on new tasks when needed.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
