Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in shaping our organisational culture and ensuring smooth operational efficiency. As HR & Administration Manager, you will oversee the complete spectrum of human resources and administrative functions, directly contributing to the company's strategic objectives and employee satisfaction. This role requires a dynamic professional who can bridge the gap between management and staff, whilst maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Key responsibilities • Develop, implement and manage comprehensive HR policies, procedures and programmes aligned with company objectives and legal requirements • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job advertising, candidate screening, interviewing and onboarding of new employees • Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management and employee engagement initiatives • Administer payroll, benefits and compensation programmes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory obligations • Coordinate training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and career progression • Maintain and manage HR records, documentation and databases in compliance with data protection regulations • Handle administrative functions including office management, facilities coordination and vendor management • Provide HR guidance and support to management on employee-related matters and organisational development • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations and best practices in human resources management • Monitor and report on HR metrics, turnover rates and other key performance indicators What we're looking for • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field • Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in human resources and administration management or similar role • Strong knowledge of Philippine labour laws, employment regulations and statutory compliance requirements • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, employee relations and performance management • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all organisational levels • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and sound decision-making capabilities • Experience in payroll administration and benefits management is highly desirable • Certification in HR practices (such as CHRM or equivalent) is preferred
