Role Description
As Supervisor Production, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process of exhibition booths and interiors from start to finish. This position plays an important role in ensuring that the production team's work meets quality standards, is delivered on time, and uses resources efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
✅Translate technical working drawings (AutoCAD/SketchUp) into clear, actionable production instructions for the workshop team.
✅Direct, manage, and coordinate the daily workload of the production crew (carpenters, painters, electricians) to meet tight project timelines.
✅Conduct strict Quality Control (QC) at every stage of fabrication, loading, and on-site installation.
✅Promote and enforce strict standards of workplace behavior, communication, and professional ethics among the production crew both in the workshop and on-site.
✅Monitor material usage effectively to ensure cost efficiency and minimize production waste.
Qualifications :
✅Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
✅Minimum 2 years of work experience in production supervision, preferably in the field of exhibitions, interiors, or construction.
✅ Proficient in reading and interpreting technical working drawings and structural details.
✅ Strong understanding of various exhibition and interior materials (plywood, HPL, duco, iron structures).
✅ Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends, during peak loading/dismantling periods.
✅Possess leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✅Accustomed to working with tight deadlines and in a project environment.
✅Can drive (have driving license A)
