Task & Responsibilities
Manage and execute end-to-end payroll processing for our Indonesia operations utilizing HRIS.
Handle all Indonesian statutory requirements, including accurate calculations, reporting, and timely submissions for BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and PPh 21.
Lead and manage BPJS audits alongside internal/external payroll audits, ensuring 100% compliance with local regulations.
Manage employee relations, handle grievances, and provide firm, compliant guidance on labor laws to maintain a harmonious working environment.
Oversee the smooth handling and renewal of employment contracts and documentation (including Work Permits & KITAS).
Supervise the review, verification, and processing of all employee claims.
Act as the primary, trusted point of contact for employee inquiries regarding payroll, tax, benefits, and general HR policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Min. 4+ years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist with proven expertise in handling Payroll functions.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Ability to understand Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Highly proficient in MS Excel and experienced with HRIS ecosystems (prior knowledge or experience with SunFish is highly preferred).
Deep, up-to-date understanding of Indonesia Labour Law.
High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
