ERP Consultant (SAP, D365, Netsuite)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced ERP professionals to join our growing team. We are hiring for the following specializations:

• SAP FICO Consultant

• SAP PP Consultant

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Consultant

• NetSuite Technical Consultant

• NetSuite Functional Consultant

As part of our ERP team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing ERP solutions to meet business requirements while ensuring system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

• Configure, customize, and maintain ERP systems based on business needs.

• Participate in ERP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and support projects.

• Provide functional or technical support to end users and troubleshoot system issues.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and system efficiency.

• Prepare system documentation, user manuals, and technical specifications.

• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-user training.

• Ensure timely resolution of system incidents and change requests.

• Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities where applicable.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in one of the following areas:

  • SAP FICO

  • SAP PP

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)

  • NetSuite Technical

  • NetSuite Functional

• Hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, customization, or application support.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of business processes related to Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or ERP systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) in Central Jakarta.

• Willing to attend a face-to-face (offline) interview if shortlisted.

• Willing to complete the company application form and provide supporting documents, including educational certificates and the latest 3 months' payslips.
