We are seeking an experienced Treasury Supervisor to join our Treasury team in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya. This is a full-time position offering an excellent opportunity to lead and oversee treasury operations whilst contributing to the strategic financial objectives of PT. OCS Global Services (OCS Indonesia). As Treasury Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily treasury activities, supervising a team of treasury professionals, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position is essential to maintaining the financial health and operational efficiency of our organization.
Key responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily cash positions and cash flow forecasts
Oversee payment processes (vendor, tax, etc.)
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
Coordinate with banks and internal departments regarding treasury operations
Identify and mitigate cash and fraud risks
Prepare reports on the company's cash position and liquidity
Manage treasury budgets and cost control initiatives
Liaise with internal departments and external banking partners on treasury-related matters
What we're looking for
Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting/management/finance
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in treasury/cash management
Understanding of payment processes, cash flow management, and bank reconciliation
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
Strong analytical skills, thoroughness, and high integrity
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong knowledge of treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity management, and foreign exchange
Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
