We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Staff to provide administrative and executive support to the Owner while assisting in the day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, professional, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and executive support to the Owner.
- Manage the Owner's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
- Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, business partners, and internal departments on behalf of the Owner.
- Monitor deadlines, follow up on pending tasks, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and confidential documents.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes when necessary.
- Support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to various departments.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate purchasing when needed.
- Perform research and gather information to support business decisions.
- Carry out other administrative and office-related duties as assigned by the Owner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Office Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Cum Laude or graduates with Latin honors are highly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Able to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong attention to detail.
