Marketing Lead / Brand Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, including Content Creators, Graphic Designers, Content Admins, and KOL Specialists.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, from concept to evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.
• Oversee content planning and creative direction for social media, e-commerce, and paid marketing campaigns.
• Manage KOL and influencer marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and conversions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time while maintaining high creative and execution standards.
• Report marketing performance and key insights to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• Previous experience leading a marketing or creative team.
• Strong understanding of branding, content marketing, digital marketing, and campaign planning.
• Experience working with KOLs, influencers, and social media platforms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience in e-commerce, beauty, or FMCG industries is a strong advantage.
