Marketing Supervisor — Lencir & Rica Rico
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, and execution-driven Marketing Supervisor to support the Marketing Manager in driving marketing execution across Lencir and Rica Rico.
We need someone who can translate marketing direction into well-coordinated execution, guiding the day-to-day work of the marketing team, and ensuring that marketing initiatives contribute to brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
What You’ll Be Up To
A. Marketing Execution & Campaign Coordination
- Translate marketing direction from the Marketing Manager into clear and coordinated execution across Lencir and Rica Rico.
- Oversee end-to-end marketing initiatives across content, digital, performance marketing, KOL, partnerships, e-commerce, and offline channels.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, aligned with brand direction, and connected to business objectives.
B. Team Supervision & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Guide the day-to-day work of the marketing team by aligning priorities, maintaining execution quality, and keeping deliverables on track.
- Support team members in resolving execution challenges while encouraging stronger ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth marketing execution.
C. Performance & Marketing Improvement
- Monitor campaign and channel performance across ads, content, live commerce, KOL collaborations, promotions, and brand activations.
- Connect marketing performance with customer behavior, competitor activities, market trends, and business outcomes.
- Translate findings into clear recommendations, campaign optimizations, and new marketing experiments.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes by leveraging data, AI, automation, and digital systems where relevant, with clear consideration for quality, efficiency, and business impact.
D. KOL, Partnership & Brand Activation
- Oversee collaborations with KOLs, influencers, agency, vendor, and brand partnerships to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Lead product launches, events, and brand activations while ensuring quality, timelines, and expected outcomes.
- Evaluate partnership and activation results to identify improvements for future initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand, digital marketing, or a related function.
- Experience coordinating marketing initiatives, supervising team members, or leading cross-functional execution.
- Experience working with consumer brands, preferably in beauty, wellness, F&B, FMCG, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing, with the ability to connect campaign performance, customer insights, and business objectives.
- Comfortable working with marketing data and leveraging AI, automation, or digital solutions to improve decisions, processes, and marketing effectiveness.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and drive execution in a fast-moving environment.
