Digital PR & Link Building Specialist

Our client is looking for aDigital PR & Link Building Specialistto help expand their online authority through high-quality editorial placements and strategic backlink acquisition. They are an established remote staffing company that has experienced significant growth in recent years by connecting U.S. businesses with top-tier remote professionals across Latin America. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship building, strategic outreach, and executing campaigns that improve organic visibility through earned media and authoritative publications.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing outreach campaigns independently while maintaining strong attention to detail. They should have excellent communication skills, understand SEO best practices, and know how to identify valuable backlink opportunities that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital PR and link-building campaigns focused on acquiring high-quality editorial backlinks.
• Build relationships with journalists, publishers, bloggers, and industry websites through personalized outreach.
• Secure placements including guest posts, expert quotes, listicles, interviews, and editorial mentions.
• Leverage platforms such as HARO, Qwoted, SourceBottle, Featured.com, and similar earned media opportunities.
• Evaluate backlink opportunities based on domain authority, topical relevance, and overall SEO value.
• Write compelling outreach emails and customized pitches that increase response and placement rates.
• Monitor outreach activities, campaign performance, and backlink acquisition using Google Sheets or CRM systems.
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's digital presence and organic growth.
• Continuously identify new outreach opportunities and improve campaign performance using data and best practices.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO, Digital PR, link building, or related organic growth initiatives.
• Experience conducting earned media outreach using platforms such as HARO, Qwoted, SourceBottle, Featured.com, or similar services.
• Demonstrated success securing editorial backlinks, guest posts, expert features, or listicle placements.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft highly personalized outreach messages.
• Solid understanding of backlink quality, domain authority, topical relevance, and SEO best practices.
• Experience tracking outreach activities and campaign performance using spreadsheets or CRM platforms.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong written English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with B2B service companies is highly preferred.
• Experience within the staffing, recruiting, HR, or professional services industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered SEO tools or modern AI search optimization strategies is advantageous.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate outreach performance and continuously optimize campaigns.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple outreach initiatives efficiently.
