Lead Generation Team Lead

We're supporting a fast-growing HR technology and business solutions provider in hiring a Lead Generation Team Lead to lead a team focused on generating high-quality B2B sales opportunities for HR and payroll software solutions.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching people, driving lead generation performance, and working closely with sales to grow business opportunities.

What you'll do

You'll lead a team while helping generate qualified business opportunities by:

• Leading, coaching, and motivating a lead generation team to achieve daily and monthly targets
• Managing inbound inquiries and supporting the conversion of prospects into qualified sales opportunities
• Generating appointments with prospective business clients
• Developing leads from sales and marketing campaigns
• Monitoring team performance, productivity, and quality
• Building strong relationships with prospective clients through professional communication
• Maintaining accurate lead records using CRM and lead management tools
• Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing or Business-related courses are an advantage)
• At least 2 years of lead generation experience
• At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 5 or more members
• Experience generating B2B leads through sales and marketing campaigns
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Experience in telesales or cold calling is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and lead generation/CRM tools
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Taguig on a day shift schedule (8 am to 5 pm/ 9 am to 6 pm)
