We are seeking a talented and passionate Cake Chef to join our team full-time.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in cake production, decoration, and pastry preparation, with a commitment to quality, creativity, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of cakes, desserts, and pastries.
- Develop and execute seasonal and custom cake designs.
- Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
- Manage daily production schedules and maintain efficient workflow.
- Monitor ingredient inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cake Chef, Pastry Chef, or Baker.
- Strong cake decorating and finishing skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when required.
