We are looking for a professional who:
Has a strong background in luxury hotels or renowned restaurants
Combines technical mastery with artistic vision
Inspires teams through leadership and collaboration
Is passionate about ingredients, details, and storytelling through pastry
Develop new menus and bakery products every month
Conduct product trials and testing
Teach and train other bakers in new product production
Control and maintain daily bakery quality
Help improve bakery product quality and innovation
