We are looking for an experienced Remote Content & Digital Marketing Assistant to work online from home and help grow our online presence across Sydney.

Indonesia-based applicants preferred.

This is a fully remote online position.

You do NOT need to be located in Australia.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Edit TikTok/Reels/YouTube Shorts videos

- Manage social media posting

- Create captions and hooks

- Upload Google Business Profile posts daily

- Create before/after plumbing content

- Create review graphics and promotional posts

- Email outreach to strata managers and real estate agencies

- Basic SEO and website content updates

- Organise content scheduling and reporting

DAILY EXPECTATIONS

Expected daily output includes:

- 3–5 edited short-form videos

- Daily posting across social platforms

- Google Business updates

- Outreach emails/follow-ups

- End-of-day reporting summary

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Strong English communication

- Experience with TikTok/Reels content editing

- Experience managing social media for businesses

- Good understanding of viral/engaging content

- Experience using:

- CapCut

- Canva

- ChatGPT

- Meta Business Suite

- Google Business Profile

- Local SEO

- Facebook/Meta Ads

- Lead generation

- Google Business optimisation
