SAP Functional (EWM)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant in SAP EWM.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory management, procurement, and related SAP business processes.
• Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support project.
• Familiar with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Experience in SAP configuration and functional documentation.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration with other SAP modules.
• Basic debugging and issue analysis skills are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP EWM modules based on business needs.
• Gather and document functional requirements, business processes, and solution designs.
• Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation for development and operations teams.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing (Unit Test, SIT, UAT), and support implementation activities.
• Support deployment, go-live, hypercare, and post-implementation activities.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP system issues, including basic debugging and root cause analysis.
• Provide application support, enhancements, and continuous process improvements.
• Conduct end-user training and prepare user guides and operational documentation.
• Ensure SAP solutions align with business requirements and SAP best practices.

NOTE: Will be placed onsite at our client's office located in North Jakarta.
