We are an E-commerce company managing 8 fashion brands with the latest trends and currently ranked among the Top 100 Tiktok Live Shopping in Indonesia. We are committed to delivering high-quality products that inspire confidence in our customers every day. As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our brands and are looking for Livestreaming Supervisor (will lead Livestream Coordinator, not as an operator), who are fluent in Mandarin/English.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years or more of experience in overall e-commerce LIVE operation and management, experience in operating LIVE on TikTok & Shopee platforms, and those with experience in operating mature product categories are preferred.
Leadership: Has independent team leadership experience, is familiar with the entire process of LIVE team setup, personnel management, and performance appraisal, and possesses mature team management capabilities.
Skills: Proficient in the traffic logic, conversion logic, platform rules, and paid advertising logic of e-commerce LIVE, and able to independently complete LIVE planning, operation, data review, and strategy iteration.
Performance operation ability: Possesses successful cases of increasing LIVE performance, can independently formulate LIVE operation strategies, lead the team to achieve GMV and profit targets, and is proficient in driving sales during major promotions, bringing in new users for new products, and activating repeat purchases from existing customers.
Overall planning ability: Possess excellent capabilities in LIVE script planning, event gameplay design, product combination, and LIVE rhythm control, and be able to formulate differentiated LIVE plans based on different nodes and different products.
Team management ability: Proficient in team empowerment, communication and coordination, and personnel motivation, capable of building a high-performing LIVE team with strong execution capabilities, reasonably allocating personnel, and improving the overall output of the team.
Problem-solving ability: Possesses strong on-the-spot adaptability, capable of quickly handling unexpected situations during LIVE broadcasts (such as sudden drops in traffic, mistakes by LIVE creators, abnormal inventory, user complaints, etc.), has strong stress resistance, and can adapt to the high-intensity work rhythm of e-commerce promotions.
Resource integration ability: Capable of efficiently connecting resources from various parties such as supply chain, placement, content, and platforms, closing the business loop, and maximizing the benefits of LIVE.
Languages: Fluent in Mandarin or English
Full-time WFO at PIK 1, North Jakarta.
Candidate with experience only as a Host Live, Co-Host, Live Operator, Host Trainer, and Live Coordinator will be listed as not suitable.
Job Description:
Overall coordination of LIVE performance and operations
Based on the company's annual and monthly sales targets, break down core data indicators such as the GMV of the LIVE room, average sales per session, conversion rate, UV value, new fans, Time Stay, etc., formulate monthly and weekly LIVE operation plans and implementation plans to ensure that performance targets are met.
Responsible for the overall planning, process control, and implementation of daily regular LIVE broadcasts in the live streaming room, major promotion events (double date, payday), special events, and new product launch LIVE broadcasts, as well as formulating LIVE scripts, product scheduling, welfare gameplay, and rhythm narrative plans.
Conduct in-depth reviews of daily and per-LIVE data, break down and analyze traffic sources, conversion funnels, product structure, narratives of LIVE creators, interactive data, etc., accurately identify problems, iterate and optimize LIVE gameplay, rhythm, and operational strategies, and continuously improve the core data of the LIVE room.
Connect with the product supply chain and product selection team to complete LIVE product selection, pricing, combination package matching, inventory verification, build a product system suitable for the LIVE room (traffic-driving products, profit-generating products, best-selling products, new products), and optimize the product structure to improve the overall gross profit margin.
LIVE Team Management
Responsible for the daily management and task allocation of the LIVE team (LIVE creators and assistant broadcasters), and for establishing standardized team work processes and assessment mechanisms.
Responsible for the training, empowerment, and capacity improvement of team members, conduct specialized training on aspects such as the narrative of LIVE creators, stage control ability, product explanation, interaction ability, stage control coordination, and LIVE rhythm control, etc., to enhance the overall professionalism of the team.
Supervise the daily work status of the team, control the LIVE screen, narrative, atmosphere, and service specifications, prevent LIVE violations and public opinion issues, and ensure the quality of the LIVE broadcast and the brand image in the LIVE room.
Establish a team performance appraisal system, formulate a reward and punishment mechanism based on LIVE performance, work attitude, and output quality to motivate team members and reduce the Attrition Rate.
Traffic placement and resource docking
Familiar with the LIVE traffic rules of e-commerce platforms, responsible for optimizing natural traffic in the LIVE room, collaborating with the advertising team to complete paid traffic advertising planning such as Super Recommendation, budget control, and effectiveness review, to achieve precise traffic leverage and optimization of the return on investment.
Connect with the official operations of the platform, actively strive for platform event resources, traffic support, and exclusive session slots, and enhance the exposure of the LIVE room and the ability to acquire public domain traffic.
Collaborate with short video and content operation teams to plan short video traffic attraction, LIVE preheating, and content marketing, connect the closed-loop of short video + LIVE traffic, and increase the targeted traffic to the LIVE room.
Compliance Risk Management and System Establishment
Familiar with the compliance rules of e-commerce platform LIVE, comprehensively oversee the compliance of LIVE content, product promotion, and welfare gameplay, avoid risks such as penalty points for violations, suspension of LIVE, and fines, and promptly handle unexpected issues during LIVE.
Establish a standardized LIVE operation system for the company, including LIVE process SOP, narrative templates, product scheduling specifications, review system, and emergency response mechanism, to achieve standardized and replicable operation of LIVE work.
Collect the LIVE gameplay, operational strategies, and activity mechanisms of competing products in the industry, iterate and optimize the LIVE model in combination with the company's business format, and maintain the competitiveness of the LIVE room.
