- Minimum Diploma, preferably Tourism & Hospitality graduates or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in same position
- Must be a highly and committed individual
- Communicative, responsible, discipline, good looking
- Familiar with Ms. Office
- Fluent in English both speaking & writing is preferable
- Strong organizational skills and Strong customer focus

- Promote and sell sports club memberships
- Process enrollments, renewals, and lapse notifications
- Manage inbound and outbound calls
- Receive facility reservations and generate facility usage reports
- Manage membership administration
- Handle complaints and special requests from members
- Organize and assist with events and exhibitions
- Supervise routine staff tasks
