What you'll be doing

• Exporting and organizing daily sales reports from the internal system to Excel for further analysis

• Provide accurate and timely translation services between Mandarin and Indonesian, ensuring clear and effective communication

• Interpret spoken Mandarin during meetings, conferences, and other business interactions

• Translate a variety of documents, including contracts, reports, marketing materials, and correspondence

• Maintain confidentiality and attention to detail when handling sensitive information

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business initiatives and projects

• Stay up-to-date with industry terminology and linguistic nuances to ensure the highest quality translations

What we're looking for

• Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A minimum of 2 years of professional administration experience

• Strong research and problem-solving skills to overcome complex administration & translation challenges

• Excellent time management and the ability to work under tight deadlines

• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality

• Familiarity with Ms. Office
