Rental Counter Staff

Job Description

• Handle operational processes for motorcycle rentals from the beginning to the end of transactions.
• Assist customers with booking, check-in, check-out, and vehicle handovers.
• Explain information regarding rental rates, terms and conditions, and usage rules to customers.
• Inspect the condition of the vehicles before and after customer use.
• Accurately record daily transaction, payment, and operational administration data.
• Manage vehicle availability to align with customer booking schedules.
• Coordinate with mechanics or the technical team regarding vehicle conditions and maintenance needs.
• Ensure the rental operational area remains clean, neat, and well-organized.
• Help maintain service quality to ensure customers receive an excellent rental experience.
• Monitor vehicle readiness and ensure all motorcycles are roadworthy.
• Support other operational needs related to motorcycle rentals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
• Skilled in using computers, smartphones, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in motorcycle rentals, the automotive industry, or customer service is a plus.
• Basic understanding of two-wheeled vehicle inspection.
• Friendly, communicative, and possesses strong customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented in data recording and administration.
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
• Willing to work in shifts and ready to work in the operational/field area.
• Having an active Indonesian Driver's License (SIM C) is an advantage.
• Ready to join immediately.
