Partnership Specialist

Flawless Diamonds is Indonesia’s first lab-grown diamond brand, committed to bringing a new perspective to modern luxury through innovation and sustainability. As our brand continues to grow, we are looking for an energetic and highly organized Partnership Specialist to support impactful brand activations, and building strategic collaborations with brands and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities with relevant brands, communities, and strategic partners.

2. Develop partnership proposals and collaboration concepts that align with brand position and business goals.

3. Lead outreach, relationship building, negotiation, and execution of partnership deals.

4. Build and maintain positive relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support long-term collaboration opportunities 

5. Support the planning and execution of offline events, exhibitions, pop-up activations, customer gatherings, and promotional activities. 

6. Coordinate event preparation and partnership deliverables to ensure activation activities run effectively and according to timeline. 

7. Coordinate event logistics, vendors, and on-site operations to ensure smooth execution

8. Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in event management, brand partnerships, or marketing activation.

2. Experience developing and executing brand collaborations as well as handling collaborative campaigns and activation programs.

3. Strong network in the creator, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or consumer brand ecosystem is a plus.

4. Able to manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

5. Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
