  • Responsible for processing and presenting data for the Telemarketing/Telesales team's needs, including calculating the target achievement data for the Tele Center team, as well as distributing potential lead data to the Tele Sales & Telecoll teams accurately, precisely, and according to operational needs.

Job Requirements:

  • Min. bachelor's degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, IT, or another related majors.

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in data-related fields.

  • Strong attention in detail and ability to drive insights into initiatives.

  • Having skill and knowledge in Ms. Excel, SQL, Phyton, Google Suite, and Google Looker Studio.

  • Experience in leveraging research data and information to proactively identify business opportunities.

  • Willing to be placed at Tangcity Mall, Tangerang, Banten.
